Some people will ask, “Are you excited for your trip?” Well the answer to that is, “I don’t know.” I know that may sound crazy and not the answer you are expecting but that’s the truth, I haven’t been thinking about the trip, because to be honest, I just don’t want to.
I am very stubborn, as some of my friends and family might know, and I am determined to not want to go on the trip. My reasons are: I will miss my friends, and it’s dangerous. I try to push the thought of going on the trip out of my mind, and savore the fresh clothes, the fluffy bed, and the American food-especially the hamburgers. 🙂
In all truthfulness, I really don’t know where we are going. I mean, I know we’ll travel to Italy to see my baby cousin, Matèo, then Egypt, where we will see King Tut’s tomb, and ride on the Nile. In Greece, well, actually, I don’t know what we’re doing in Greece. Anyway, in Rome…. Hmmm…. I don’t know what we’re doing there either. I really don’t know what we are doing in Africa, India, or Israel, too. I just know that there are about twenty more countries that we are visiting and I can’t remember their names. I do know that we will get to pet pandas and climb the great wall in China, though!
It’s all a big hectic mess, what with the packing and last minute planning. We leave July 3rd and come back sometime in late August next year! I still can’t believe that I’ll turn eleven in Nepal. Although I will miss my friends and relatives, I know this will be an amazing adventure. 🙂

I’m so excited for you girls! I can’t wait to see your beautiful little faces again in a year! Every person we meet on our journey through life we carry with us. I am so glad I got to meet you before this epic adventure because in a year I want to see what changes! You will have so many experiences and will see other cultures. You girls will grow more in a year than some people ever do! Life is about learning and exploring and your mom and dad are taking you on this journey! I’m just so excited for you!! Thanks, I miss you guys too! Our trip is already of to a great start! We went to Italy with my baby cousin as you may know, and he is soooo cute. It was hilarious because he called Kai Kai-Kai but he could not pronounce zz for me. So instead of calling me Zosia, he called me Baby.Sorry that it took so long to reply. I was very busy and our wifi was not good.
